I was curious, a little too curious. It looks so awesome.. in pictures. I saw a tutorial for water marble nail art on Pinterest. (I am addicted, I know.) After pinning it a friend, Susan, tried it. After seeing her results, I couldn't help but find out for myself. She said when you coated your nails, it was really thick and took a while to dry. No lie there. Lets do a few comparisons.

Okay, so.. this picture isn't the best quality, and my nails really don't look horrible. But, I did notice that it is still all over my cuticles. (Yuck) I think my next go at water marble nail art I will take the advice of several other blogs and put tape around my fingers making clean up easier. I went through at least 25-50 Q-tips! So, if you want to try water marble nail art I suggest going to Youtube and using Simple Little Pleasures tutorials. She has a million of them, all great. From taping off your nails, how to get the water marble effect, to clean up.
