Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken

I wanted to try something new for dinner that maybe dh would appreciate. I should have known there would have been something he would not have liked. I think even if he liked a recipe, there would be something he didn't like in it. Or, something he would have changed. All I can say is.. I tried my hardest. I found this recipe on Pinterest. All I can say is, there wasn't a lot of left overs. So, it couldn't have been too horrible. I didn't take any pictures so I linked you to the blog I found the recipe on Six Sisters' Stuff.

Ingredients:

4-6 boneless chicken breasts (I threw in 6 frozen)
1 bottle of Archers Hawaiian style Barbque sauce (I used Honey bbq)
1 can of pineapple chunks, drained
Rice, I used two boil bags.

Instructions:

Place frozen chicken breast in the crock pot, and cover with sauce. Empty can of drained pineapple chunks on top. Cook on high for 2-3 hours OR low for 4-6 hours. (I cooked on low). Shred chicken with two forks while still in the crock pot so the chicken will be well coated with sauce. Serve over rice.

Here are a few pictures from Six Sisters' Stuff:
